PC HARDWARE

Your Computer must have a sound card and speakers in order to listen to the presentation.

In order to verify if you have a sound card installed follow these steps:

1. Open the conrol panel by going in the "Start" menu and selecting "settings" and then "Control Panel"

2. In the Control Panel window, select "System".

3. In the System Properties window, select the "Hardware" tab.

4. Select "Device Manager".

5. Scroll through the Device Manager window and double-click on the "Sound, video and game controllers". If this selection does not exist, it means that your system does not have a sound card installed. You will be unable to hear any audio during the presentation.

6. Check and make sure that you have a sound card listed under this list. If not, that means that there is not a sound card installed in your system. You will not be able to hear audio during the presentation.
