Q. Why can't i hear any audio?
A. You must have a sound card and speakers properly installed. Click here for help on this issue.
Q. Why can't i see any video?
A. There are a couple of reasons that this might happen.
One reason might be that you have an older media player. To upgrade click here.
If you have Windows Media Player 6.4, you will need Windows Video Codec 8. Your player should automatically download this, however it tends to be finicky. Sometimes you might have to refresh (press F5 key) the video player 3-5 times before the player will download the codec. Click here to launch the player and try to download the codec. If the video plays fine, it means that you already have the codec.
Q. The slides don't change.
A. Your security settings for the Windows Media Player have to accept scripts for the slides to work.

Q. I can't see all of the items in my browser window.
A. Your screen area (resolution) must be set to 1024x768.

Q. How do i stop that clicking sound everytime a new slide changes?
A. This sound is an internal Windows sound and must be changed at the system level.
